Di medan itu ia berkontribusi pada 5,69 juta jam kerja aman kumulatif dengan nol fatality dan nol lost-time injury, kepatuhan hukum HSE 100% berkelanjutan, dan tujuh tahun berturut-turut peringkat PROPER Biru. Pada 2025, Pertamina menobatkannya sebagai Inspiring Agent of Change tingkat nasional untuk program budaya AKHLAK.
